I have used their company twice.,once to fit a new light and once to track down a fault. Both young men who came were pleasant and polite, worked quickly and efficiently and explained any problems clearly. I will be using them again!

Fantastic - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Electrician (Andy) turned up promptly, was really clear about what he was doing and the best way of doing the job, and was really neat and tidy. Light looks great. Really appreciate the care taken and the responsiveness given it was only a fairly small job. Communication great.

After inspecting my flat there were several areas that needed updating and fixing in order to issue an EICR. As I have used the firm before I was quite confident to agree to the quote for having everything done. As always, they were friendly, efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We needed a new Henley block plus tails after our meter had been replaced and the loose cover on the block was pointed out to us. The tradesman who fitted the new meter did not offer to do this himself as he had been sent to do a different job. I have used K Jones ' services before & they were very patient with me as I explained what needed to be done as I didn't know the black thingy was called a Henley block.
