  Single storey extension and house renovations.

  We chose Kilford Building Services for our project to build a single-storey extension to replace an old conservatory, plus significant renovations to the house. From start to finish they were easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout the project. The work was completed to a high standard and the building team were friendly, professional, and helpful. The project stayed within the original estimate, although we decided to add further work during the build, all the additions were costed and agreed in advance. The project is now complete, and we would happily recommend them.

  Extension work

  The single storey extension I required for which I had recently planning permission was completed on time and within budget. The various tradesmen arrived when required and were always friendly and diligent, when I asked for some late minor changes they were done without fuss. Mr Milford visited the site several times to check progress, standard of work and to pre order materials for the next stage. I opted to do my own decorating and was given tips on how to proceed. I am more than satisfied with the overall experience and very happy with the builder recommended to me

  Cut Roof

  Kevin and his team did a cut roof for us September 2025. They turned up as scheduled, did an amazing job in very good time. What was just a pile of timber on a pallet turned into our amazing new roof with velux fitted in less than 2 days !! Highly skilled, highly recommend.
