No nonsense, came on the agreed start date, did the job in record time. Looks fantastic, couldn't be more pleased, and Kevin knew more than my structural engineer. Will not need to look around for a builder next time, Kevin has the job.

Kevin and his team have recently completed our garage conversion (turned it into a utility room). We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently his team undertook the works. On time, on budget - great guys, easy to talk to, problem solvers.

We're very pleased with the hobby room/tool store that Kev and his team built for us. Particularly pleased with the level of insulation both in the walls and the roof that Kev included in his quote which was better than the other quotes we got for a similar price. The electrics including heating and lighting were well thought out and serving us well in the current December/January temperatures! We'd certainly recommend KJ Kilford for building works anyone might be considering.
