Jim is fantastic. He came and serviced my boiler the day I contacted him, was very polite, incredibly friendly and talked me through everything he was doing. He even went out to get a CO2 alarm when he realised I didn’t have one and installed it. He’s incredibly knowledgeable- I know more about my boiler now than I did this morning! Jim is a very courteous and thorough gas fitter. He leaves nothing to chance. He installed our fire and went through every safety check in the book. He is a clean and tidy worker and explained what he was doing to us. I never knew that there was so much to fitting a gas fire.
