  James carried out a comprehensive check on our boiler, cooker and gas supply. He was professional, helpful and thorough from initially arranging the appointment to completing the job. He went above and beyond to make sure he completed the job to a high standard. I would highly recommend James and will definitely use him again for our next boiler service.

  Would give James 100 stars if I could!

  James came to remove an old outset gas fire and fit a new inset gas fire. He was so thorough throughout the work, he let me know what was needed at every stage and is just an overall decent guy. Lost all faith in cowboy tradies during my reno but I will be keeping James on hand for the future! You won't regret hiring James for all your gas works!

  Diagnose and repair combi boiler

  At short notice Jim came to diagnose and repair combi boiler. He explained everything that needed to be done. Jim is super knowledgeable and professional. He completed a thorough safety check along with the work. I would definitely recommend and use his excellent service again.

  Boiler Repair

  James came to repair our boiler this week. He did a very thorough and professional job. He explained everything to us in great detail and showed us exactly what he was doing. He gave us a lot of helpful advice. We were really impressed with his work and the boiler is now working really well. We would definitely recommend him.

  Cooked Repair

  Jim diagnosed the issue on the phone and felt that, as it was simple to resolve, he would talk me through it on a video call. This of course saved any fees and I got the issue resolved. Jim was a gentleman and appreciative of my lack of knowledge. I feel sure others would have come out and charged me for a minimal repair regardless of the job. Many thanks Jim. A great tradesman.
