Job location: M30Excellent service! Cannot recommend Jim enough! Not only is he a life saver but extremely professional & friendly. The pressure in my boiler dropped, I had no hot water/heating. Even though Jim couldn’t get to me- he video called me/my dad & talked us through it step by step & got my heating/hot water back on. Jim also informed me of a few underlying issues there could be. Honestly a life saver! Jim wouldn’t accept any payment for the help he gave & without him, I would be stuck with no hot water/heating & no clue how to solve it or what the problem could be! 10/10, I will forever recommend!

I have over 20 years experience in the industry and have had my business for over 3 years.
Previously I worked for British Gas for over 20 years but decided do start my own business 3 years ago as I wanted to have a better customer relationship and experience.
