Jimmy was on hand last minute to check over our boiler and rads when moving into a new house, very knowledgable and helpful!

James came to repair our boiler this week. He did a very thorough and professional job. He explained everything to us in great detail and showed us exactly what he was doing. He gave us a lot of helpful advice. We were really impressed with his work and the boiler is now working really well. We would definitely recommend him.

Jim diagnosed the issue on the phone and felt that, as it was simple to resolve, he would talk me through it on a video call. This of course saved any fees and I got the issue resolved. Jim was a gentleman and appreciative of my lack of knowledge. I feel sure others would have come out and charged me for a minimal repair regardless of the job. Many thanks Jim. A great tradesman.

Jim came out to me last November after my pressure was playing up. He recommended I get a new boiler. He allowed me to take my time with the decision and not rush me. He then installed my boiler but informed me every step and helped me fully understand each step. Boiler was installed after two days and it has been great since. Can’t recommend Kingsway more as a reliable installer and feel very happy with the experience.

Jim was flawless and professional from start to finish. Came around promptly and spent time and care repairing our boiler to a very high standard. Would fully recommend Jim to any prospective future clients.
