  Paul supplied and fitted a new lock for me. He helped me choose a suitable lock as my requirements were a bit unusual. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would definitely use him again.

  Paul couldn't have been easier to deal with. He was super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. He sourced a new lock, quoted full cost within minutes of speaking to him, arranged a time for as soon as he could after buying the lock the next day. He worked quickly, explaining everything, cleaned up afterwards. Communication was spot on. He gave an ETA and arrived exactly when advised. 100% perfect service. Definitely trust this professional!!

  Freeing from faulty main door lock

  We were locked inside our flat - which unfortunately first floor and has only one door to the outside. Paul was the only locksmith to pick up the phone (and we tried many). He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He’d assessed our issue within minutes and was willing to drive to - us out of hours ! We were extremely grateful for the quick and professional service, all without charge as we were able to solve the issue over the phone. Truly couldn’t thank him enough! Highly recommend. - A greatful group of young professionals who didn’t want to miss their second day of a new job!

  Very responsive, punctual, efficient and trustworthy. It would have been easy to convince me that I needed a new lock, but instead he skilfully manoeuvred open the lock and charged me a modest fee.
