We were locked inside our flat - which unfortunately first floor and has only one door to the outside. Paul was the only locksmith to pick up the phone (and we tried many). He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He’d assessed our issue within minutes and was willing to drive to - us out of hours !
