I had called another company which appeared first top lines of Google search. The guy turned up and said it is impossible to open without replacing the whole locking barrel (without even touching the door handle) and started quoting several hundred bucks for the replacement. I immediately thought it’s a scam company and sent him back despite him charging me a call out fee (and he guaranteed no one will be able to open). I found Kings Security only few minute away from house on Google Map. Paul turned up within 10min, unlocked the door using his tool within 10min, Nothing replaced. Amazing!
