John did a fantastic job of working out how my mystery house guests were getting into my loft. And blocked off the access and solved the problem. I can sleep again at night.

A rat took up residence, coming through an old unblocked sewer pipe into the house under the floor. I called someone out initially (not on Checkatrade!) who only quickly filled the gap and went on his way. But this trapped the rat under the floor and inside the walls. I then called John from Killaverm. He did an initial visit, taking his time to identify the issue and areas for bait treatment & returning with specialist foam killer. He also visited my neighbours to ensure that any other gaps were covered and to reduce re-infestation. Very knowledgeable and helpful, recommend John every time.

Called up a few companies from google and no one wanted to help, found killaverm on checkatrade and called him in desperate need of some help! He came to my house within 10 mins and helped me find the issue. He found foxes living in the side of our house which was causing the smell and problems. He gave me a list of things to get and how to prevent the issue in the future. He was so helpfully and friendly! 100% recommend! Thank you!!

I can not speak highly enough of John, he responded to my text for advice very quickly, coming the following day to inspect the problem, which was birds getting under the tiles and starting to nest and to give me a quote. Aware that it had to be dealt with before they laid eggs John returned quickly to deal with the problem, he blocked any gaps under the tiles at the front and the back of the house. Having noticed bird droppings under my television aerial he installed spikes John was friendly, professional, clean and tidy. The cost came to less than the quote, a real bonus A happy customer
