Tradesman was prompt and seemed trustworthy. However he did work he didn’t ask/tell us about which more than doubled the cost. Said he’d only had to make a larger while in the doorframe to receive the lock-in mechanism, because the whole frame had warped a little. Then when the bill came he charged £95 + VAT for a new gearbox that he didn’t tell us about and I don’t have any idea whether he actually did. Really annoyed and will neither use nor recommend this firm again.

Person arrived promptly and immediately got on with the job and sorted the lock. Gave me some good advice on next steps. This involves rehanging the door but could not give me any recommendations as to whom to contact.
