I recently had my locks changed and the whole experience was excellent. The communication from the start was clear and professional, which made arranging the appointment really easy. The staff were reliable, arrived on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly and the new locks work perfectly. I’d definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs a lock change done by a trustworthy and dependable team.

Keytech locksmiths provided an excellent service. Their technician upgraded the security locks on my doors and windows and fitted a new lock on the communal gate at the back of my property. He was very helpful and we agreed the costs before the works were carried out. The costs were reasonable and I was very happy with the service.

I was very impressed with the prompt way my phone calls were answered. I spoke to several people in the call centre and they were all very helpful. The only negative was when I was put on hold I had to listen to a message about the company which was repeated ad vinitum- it was dreadful to have to listen to it over and over again. Relaxing music - a much better option
