Excellent company - boiler installation

We have just had a new boiler fitted and from the first point of contact through to fitting of the boiler, the service received has been fantastic. Everything was clearly explained and we were given different options to consider for suitable boilers and budgets. Boiler fitted with no fuss by Colin who explained everything well, did a great job and tidied up. Thanks

Kev Jones Plumbing was a great choice for us from start to finish. We had lots of communications prior & after the fitting. We were advised they would arrive between 08:00-10:00, Colin arrived just after 8am. The old boiler was out in no time & collected, the new boiler was delivered whilst the new pipe work was being installed. All planned very efficiently. Installed in abut 6 hrs, everything explained & was advised any question to visit the you tube channel or give them a call. I was very impressed overall & especially on the day! To top it off I won £100 Amazon voucher in their free raffle

Colin went beyond an excellent job as he gave me advice on some small jobs I did while he was here.the standard of work was excellent not a new boiler but the removal of an old back boiler and Emerson heater
