When I was quoted a new boiler, Kev was transparent with everything and never pressured us into a purchase. Both he and Colin were punctual; Colin arrived at 8am 👍 and the boiler was delivered at 7:30am. True to the comanpy's word, Colin made sure everything was neat and tidy when he'd finished. Very impressed with everything. Kev Jones may not be cheap, but you get an excellent service, a long warranty and free servicing for 5 years; worth the higher price.

Very pleasant and friendly chap great job well done

turned up on time. the two men got straight on with job. put down lots of protection for carpets. the job was completed in less than two days and all rubbish from the work was taken away. Highly recommend.

Kev was extremely professional, providing me with a number of options available to my budget. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Colin, the engineer, was friendly, efficient and after installation he gave me a demonstration, leaving my house clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.
