  Painting, external drainage works, electrical works, installing vanities

  Marian and his team recently completed a wide range of jobs at our new house and we couldn't have been happier with their work. The tasks ranged from installing external drainage and fixing a leaking flat roof, to internal painting throughout, moving wall lights and switches, installing curtain tracks and bathroom vanities. Every single one of his team was professional and completed the work to a high standard. His painting team were especially lovely, even buying my mum flowers on her birthday! If there was a task he didn't cover (e.g. installing air con) Marian had a great recommendation for

  Structural work, demolition and bricking

  Very glad that we went with Marian from Kev construct to do our structural work (removal of chimney breast, opening loading wall and installing beams), demolition and some brick work. From day one Marian was very professional, polite and easy to communicate with. He and his team are very hard working, they would start from early hours in the morning. His team are very nice too. Marian even removed a window from the porch and bricked the gap for free for us. The building control inspector was very happy about Marian's job and approved it right away. I would highly recommend him

  Kitchen Refit and Installation

  John aka Mario and his team are capable to doing more than they let on. I got them to instal a new kitchen purchased from a kitchen company and found out they can handle other aspect beyond installation. Although they can be a bit grumpy :-)) that's understandable as they want to get the job done asap they are still flexible and open to suggestions. What I really liked is they work fast and to don't beat-about... Mario's a bit gruf but will get the job done Oh and is able to handle an emergency without making too much of a song and dance about it. A pipe burst he got showered but got it sorted

  Full Ground Floor Renovation

  Marian and his team recently completed a full ground floor refurbishment of our property including knocking down walls, plastering, herringbone flooring, new bathroom and kitchen installation. This was all completed within the agreed timescales and any extras were agreed promptly. The team are super friendly and helpful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any family or friends in the future.
