We had our bathroom and kitchen fully stripped and refurbed, in addition we had Kev contruct redo our shed flooring and electrical. The work they have done is exceptional, we had Dan and Niko mainly do the work with the assistance of the eletricition. Dan and Niko and the electricition were amazing, they really put care and effort in their work and treated our house with respect. Marian was the main person we liaised with in terms of the work we required and sorted the finances with, everything was clear and no hidden fees and clearly set out what the payments are for. They went above +beyond

We are an architecture practice and have worked with Kev Construction for a number of years now on several residential projects, extensions, conversions and refurbishment . Very reliable, trustworthy, good team, excellent finishes.

John was excellent. Very responsive and his builder came punctually on time. Very good work - neat and tidy too and very polite. Would definitely use John going forward for other work as he and his team are reliable

Outstanding, really good job!

Marian and his team recently completed a wide range of jobs at our new house and we couldn't have been happier with their work. The tasks ranged from installing external drainage and fixing a leaking flat roof, to internal painting throughout, moving wall lights and switches, installing curtain tracks and bathroom vanities. Every single one of his team was professional and completed the work to a high standard. His painting team were especially lovely, even buying my mum flowers on her birthday! Very glad that we went with Marian from Kev construct to do our structural work (removal of chimney breast, opening loading wall and installing beams), demolition and some brick work. From day one Marian was very professional, polite and easy to communicate with. He and his team are very hard working, they would start from early hours in the morning. His team are very nice too. Marian even removed a window from the porch and bricked the gap for free for us. The building control inspector was very happy about Marian's job and approved it right away. I would highly recommend him
