  Replace faulty WC cistern

  Quote provided promptly. Plumber arrived on time and did a good job. Unfortunately he broke a wall tile, but fortunately I had a spare and he cut it to size for me to fit later. Very polite and cleaned up well afterwards.

  Supply and install 3 pairs of taps

  The job was to replace a bathroom tap mixer, bath taps and to resolve an issue with a sink tap mixer or replace it. Various issues made the jobs tricky. Lincoln worked both skilfully and carefully. He took exceptional trouble to resolve each problem and, when I decided to replace the sink tap he was very helpful in selecting a more suitable one. Yet another issue arose installing this because of the design of the worktop and he devised a workaround. He dealt with all the issues and got the jobs done in a kind and uncomplaining manner, with excellent communication and a great sense of humour.
