Asked them to service my boiler , they claimed they could not service it because it had a fault and needed a replacement valve. Asked them to quote for replacement and for a new boiler. Both quotes were a third higher than other accredited repairers so I could not accept the quotes. They then invoiced me £72 for not servicing my boiler. The whole process was unprofessional and exploitation.

Booked for a boiler service and the service failed due to a gas leak, invoiced for the failed service and quoted for the repair and a new boiler. Quotes not to his expectation but that's why you get quotes isn't it?
