I recently asked Kerry Maintenance to convert my garage into a room suitable for the installation of a home lift. They gave me a detailed estimate and a date they could commence. They arrived at 8.00am on the day scheduled and worked to their usual high standards. I am delighted with the result and think it was money well spent. Their price was fair and Matt and Jack, who carried out the work, are really nice blokes.

Kerry maintenance carried out relatively straightforward new tap fitting with the minimum of fuss. The representative was polite, punctual and efficient in his work. Very positive experience from first contact onwards.

Terrible customer service. Lack of knowledge and communication. They require an initial visit just to work out what parts are required, before they will come back to carry out the works. Visits are often 3 - 4 weeks apart. We would not recommend Kerry Maintenance.

The 2 lads that turned up were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had the boiler serviced in no time at all. Would recommend.
