  Reliable, professional and Connors knowledge re damp was impressive. Worked hard,covered floor and sealed around living room door to minimise dust. I would have no hesitation recommending their work 10 /10.

  Clear solutions and communication at fair price

  Connor was very helpful, clear and explanatory regarding the works to be done at our tenanted flat which was suffering severe water penetration issues. This was caused by several factors in the building fabric which we as flat owners could not look to rectify as it was awaiting action from the building management company. Connor ioffered useful solutions at a fair price. His communication and feedback was very good. His company did an excellent thorough job leaving the flat neat. We have every hope that the sturdy measures he installed wlll keep our tenants comfortable this winter.

  Kent Damp - outstanding service

  We had our cellar damp-proofed by Connor from Kent Damp last year, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Connor was a real pleasure to deal with – professional, reliable, and true to his word. He arrived exactly when he said he would, completed the work within the time frame promised, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. For the level of detail and effort involved, we felt the price was exceptionally good value.

  Investigate damp problem

  Connor was brilliant. We had a mystery damp problem and called 2 firms out. Both identified the source but one wanted £1200 to "fix" it, Connor gave us great advice and a couple of weeks later the damp cleared itself up. He didn't charge us anything. Damp problem solved, no money spent and a reliable expert found for next time :)

  Wet rot investigation and repair.

  A prompt response to my initial phone call, and arranged for an inspection of the affected area. Turned up on time and provided a fair quotation for the work, which was carried out as per the estimate, and to a high standard. Clean working, pleasant to deal with, and always communicative, I would highly recommend this Company.
