Connor was brilliant. We had a mystery damp problem and called 2 firms out. Both identified the source but one wanted £1200 to "fix" it, Connor gave us great advice and a couple of weeks later the damp cleared itself up. He didn't charge us anything. Damp problem solved, no money spent and a reliable expert found for next time :)

A prompt response to my initial phone call, and arranged for an inspection of the affected area. Turned up on time and provided a fair quotation for the work, which was carried out as per the estimate, and to a high standard. Clean working, pleasant to deal with, and always communicative, I would highly recommend this Company.

very efficient office and communications from them, was advised that they had a space to do the work earlier than booked to which I agreed but would not be in the property and left them access. Went to see that it had been done later the arranged day, I THINK it has but there was no paperwork left of any sort and I have had no communication or bill to say it has or not. Very strange!!
