Kemco were brilliant, as usual, from start to finish. Even before we bought our new toilet, Kevin advised us about the dimensions. When the toilet was being fitted, Scott kept us fully informed about the process and any complications. He was very calm and reassuring and everything was completed to a high standard. We woke up this morning to no hot water and no heating and made an emergency call to Kevin, who answered promptly, with typically excellent customer service. Kemco fitted our boiler and service it each year and we always have a brilliant experience with them. Both Kevin and Scott are extremely polite and lovely to speak with. Over the phone, Kevin quickly diagnosed the problem (low water pressure in the boiler) and guided us through the fix, with great expertise, kindness and patience, at no charge to us. We had hot water again within 10 minutes. Thank you, Kevin, and happy Christmas!

Quick and efficient swap out of a new TRV body

The plumber did an excellent job replacing an old tap, especially after a few complications with sizing of the new one vs sink. Really impressed, will definitely book Kemco for future work!
