  Jon assessed the job got the spares and speedily fixed the problem. He was competent, neat, wasted no time, cleaned up afterwards and his charge was very reasonable.

  His communication is excellent. Although he couldn’t be with my minor issue exactly on schedule, he let me know immediately, and the fully justified reason. Plus, rescheduled asap. I felt in very good hands, and he did a really good job. Cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t be more pleased.
