Jon was absolutely amazing Phone at 14.30 explained what the issue was and took photos to make it easier to explain what I was on about. Jon text me within 5 mins and said he could be with me between 16.00-18.00. Turned up 15 mins early, job completed within the hour. Jon was really helpful when I first contacted him; he diagnosed the issues from photos I sent, and he booked to come and do the repairs very quickly. He was thorough, explained what he had done, and was very friendly and polite. We have already agreed that he will do some other work for me. His price was very fair.
