  Luke and his team were excellent in supporting our planning needs. Very flexible to a series of revisions and additions asked for by the SSDC planners. Really pulled it out of the fire to deliver to a very tight deadline. Happily recommend them to anyone who needs local planning drawings and plans. Norhing was too much trouble for them

  Drawings for downstairs reconfiguration

  Very polite and helpful architect. Answered any questions we had and changed the plans slightly for free when we had to more things around for the boiler to be moved. Everything was completed promptly and George applied on behalf of us for a Lawful Development Certificate which was granted without issue.

  Good service at a good price

  Was initially unsure how things would work remotely but the experience was excellent and at a competitive price. Every thing we needed to gain planning permission for our extension was provided and George understood our remit perfectly without any iterations.

  Household extension

  Can’t recommend Keenan Project Designs admin team and George our architect enough! All the team at Keenan are knowledgeable, professional and very competitive with their pricing. I had no idea where to go with my household extension drawings, found Keenan on Checkatrade and they really do live up to review's. George done a fantastic job really understanding our needs, and even after months of making our mind up, amendments were done within a few days (no extra cost) and building control application done for us as per the contract. Credit to all the team 👍

  So impressed. Thank you especially to George for excellent service. I have shown your plans to many engineers and they have all said very good drawings. Your company has held my hand throughout this loft conversion and done numerous revisions and submitted it all to planning so smoothly. The online meetings were really helpful. The fact that this was all in the fixed price, and a very affordable one, has me recommending your award winning company to everyone I know. The building work is ongoing now. It is so good to know you are there if I have any questions.
