I found the service disappointing. My architect was late to the initial consultation without apology, communication was slow and mostly reactive, and I had to chase for updates throughout the process. Issues with the council application also ended up falling back on me to resolve. When I raised a complaint, the company responded defensively rather than acknowledging the poor client experience. I wouldn’t use them again.

Keenan Project Designs were flexible to our needs and made adjustments in a timely manner to ultimately get the plans submitted and approved.

We contacted Keenan Project Designs to help us convert a conservatory into an extension and plan an outbuilding for a gym. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Each member of the team was communicative, knowledgeable and professional, and handled the planning extremely well, especially given the quirks of our Victorian property. Keenan projects was helpful from the day 1 of the first contact , George was great in staying in touch and really listening to what we wanted from drawings and how we wanted to design it , and changes was quickly looked into and changed at our requests , highly recommend if you want fast reliable drawings done for your project

George was fantastic from start to finish, he was very knowledgable and put our minds at ease straight away which was a big plus as it was our first time doing any major home improvements. George swiftly got our plans across to us which we were very happy with and he proceeded to submit them to our local council and after a little back and forth with them, our planning permission was granted. We certainly wouldn’t have managed this without George and can’t recommend Keenan projects enough.
