  Professional Roofing Project from Start to Finish

  We had a roofing project completed and the experience was very well managed from start to finish. The quality of work is excellent, the team were professional and approachable, and the job was completed quicker than expected. Our property is a Victorian terrace with no rear access, so scaffolding had to come through the house. This was handled carefully and with respect throughout. Communication was strong, with regular WhatsApp updates and photos, and the MD was involved at key stages. The site was left clean and tidy each day. Very professional service and I would happily recommend Keay

  Pefect job.

  I used Keay Roofing in January 2026 to updated my house extension flat roof. After my initial call, one of the guys came to check the work to be done and took some pics. Within a couple of days I received a quotation which I accepted. In despite of the wet weather the work was started and finished in less than a week. I was kept informed of what the guys were doing and fortunately there were no delays. All the work was done in a very tidy way and all the debris was taken away. My extension now has a beautiful new roof. I would definitly recommend Keay Roofing.

  Great roofing work

  It was a pleasure to have Keay Roofing work on my mother-in-law's roof. We live 100 miles away, so we had to trust them and their scaffolders to work sight unseen for much of the time. To help us, they set up a WhatsApp group so we could see daily progress. They were communicative and responsive throughout the work. The end result is great. A damaged, leaking roof is now back to its best, with all of the problems solved. And it looks 100% better.

  Excellent service and high quality work

  Richard and his team were excellent from day one. I was provided with a detailed quote, received daily updates and pictures as the job progressed and received a 10 year workmanship guarantee on payment. The team were clean, tidy and courteous.   Consistently excellent work.

  Keay Roofing have made a series of roof repairs at our property. All their work is of a very high standard - and fixed the first time. Most recently they repaired some loose roof tiles. They visited the site to do an inspection the same day I spoke to them. The repair was completed within one week. I have no hesitation in recommending Keay Roofing.
