  Two attempts by our usual maintenance contractor failed to cure a small leak in our roof. The Keay team responded rapidly to our request for help and delivered a comprehensive solution in a completely professional manner. Their team were friendly and responsive and took the time to ensure that we understood what they were doing. Richard Keay was himself an integral part of that communication process.   Excellent service from Keay Roofing

  I used Keay roofing to repair several holes in the roof after the water started coming in. They had done a great job on my neighbours' house a few months earlier. The quote was very reasonable and, despite the terrible weather, they came and did the work within a few days for which I am extremely grateful. Not only was the work excellent (time will tell) but they were very communicative and very polite. Everything was cleared away promptly and neatly. I have already recommended them to others in the village.

  Leaking Roof

  A leaking roof is very stressful experience, especially when you are not sure of the cause. Keay Roofing were by far the most knowledgeable and professional in identifying the cause and rectifying it. They also identified some earlier substandard repairs from a different roofer and rectified that as well. A huge shout out for Dan who did the work and was just excellent. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and it's great to have confidence and peace of mind in the work done.

  Great service

  It was a really good experience dealing with Keay Roofing. They were quick to quote for a leak issue in our tenant's offices. The work was carried out within the time scale given and they updated us and our tenants along the way. There have been no further problems with the roof. Would certainly recommend.
