We called to report the leak, Keay came out to do a site inspection and followed up in a timely and professional way. They fixed the issue and gave a full report.

Roof verge mortar had crumbled and fallen out c 8 years after new roof had been constructed. Had 2 quotes, Richard’s was quite a bit cheaper and they could complete the job quickly as they used their own scaffolding tower. I was working so had to trust them to complete the job on their own . When I returned home was very pleased to see the job had been completed to a very good standard and they had tidied up leaving no trace of their presence. They also sent me photos of the work in progress and completion. Overall would highly recommend for roofing work.

Arrived on time. got on with the job in hand, (Flat roof and take down chimney) No hidden charges. All mess cleared away including mess in gutters and on the lawn. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Many thanks to all involved.

Keay provided me with a very comprehensive roof inspection report which is helping me to negotiate the purchase price of my new home. The house needs a new roof, Keay gave me a very detailed and itemised quotation and report.

Keavy Roofing was very professional and promote with this request. Literally next day they were onsite conducting the inspection. They provided detailed pictures both internal and externally of the house. I will definitely be using them for future works.
