Unfortunately a poor experience with the promise of coming out to look at a broken fridge freezer in a rental property. Was told would come in the afternoon after another job which was absolutely fine, but then to not hear anything despite a few attempts at contact is very disappointing. A simple message to let me know they couldn't make it or plans had changed would have allowed me to make alternative plans. Calvin was kind enough to squeeze in our repair of our fridge freezer the day I called. He called to let me know when he would be arriving. He explained everything he was doing when fixing the problem and then he insisted we didn’t pay for the repair until the fridge had completely recooled the next day so we were 100% happy with the repair. Calvin came & did minor adjustments to restore good functioning of washing machine & then diagnosed the dishwasher problem, returning another day to install a new heating element.
