Unfortunately a poor experience with the promise of coming out to look at a broken fridge freezer in a rental property. Was told would come in the afternoon after another job which was absolutely fine, but then to not hear anything despite a few attempts at contact is very disappointing. A simple message to let me know they couldn't make it or plans had changed would have allowed me to make alternative plans. Still no communication a day later.
