  External Painting of Victorian Property

  The work undertaken included preparing and painting 12 Sash windows and surrounds, many in poor condition, two rear dormers, Internal common areas, and front doors over 4 levels. The work was completed to a professional standard and on time. Kian has excellent communication and client engagement skills and provided regular updates incl photos of weekly work plans and progression.

  Painting inside of house and ceilings

  We were so pleased with the results of Kian’s work. He went over and above to make sure the house looked great at the end.   Kian was engaged to strip back, repair where necessary and repaint metallic electric gates. Kian turned up on the pre- arranged date, completed the work on schedule and in accordance with the pre agreed quotation. He was well organised, very thorough and professional in his undertaking of the work and completed it to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in using Kian's services on a future occasion.
