I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kian after he did our bathroom. Unusually, he is also a qualified electrician as well as a knowledgeable plumber and carpenter. He was extremely sensitive to detail, always keen to ask questions and answer them and highly experienced (25 years). He was also very discreet - careful to stay out of the way of ongoing family life and worked well in a small space. Nor did he mind subcontracting in expert help for different stages like demolition and tiling. He was also happy to fix a wide range of niggling issues in the home - taps, radiators, chairs. A rare find.

Very happy with Kian’s work, he did an excellent job repainting ceilings that were marked with water stains and was very friendly.

The work undertaken included preparing and painting 12 Sash windows and surrounds, many in poor condition, two rear dormers, Internal common areas, and front doors over 4 levels. The work was completed to a professional standard and on time. Kian has excellent communication and client engagement skills and provided regular updates incl photos of weekly work plans and progression.
