I own a lovely all-electric Renault Zoe, which has a contactless key. Stupidly, I went away for a few days and managed to lose the key, which meant I was left with just one spare key. I contacted Stefan at KBO Lock & Safe Ltd., and he accepted the job and has been amazingly helpful and efficient. He came to my home and programmed one additional key card for my 2022 plate car. He could not have been more professional and I would hugely recommend him and his company for any key - both car or home - or security issue that you may have. Definitely 10/10

Lance was brilliant. He managed to free up the padlock and remove the key. A new padlock would have cost about £100 and Lance didn't even charge for his time. KBO are the best. Would never go anywhere else to get our padlocks serviced. Thank you Lance

Steffan came out same day. To replace my front door lock. As the original lock was faulty. Fantastic service!

We were recommended Stefan by a local car sourcing company. We needed 5 new spare keys for our vehicles & he attended each site that they we're at to complete the works. This meant no downtime for the vans / team. Great communication & updates throughout. High recommend.
