  Attention to detail is second to none

  Keiran and Jake arrived on Monday and started the job running. Their attention to detail in both the preparation and painting, not mention superb paint spraying of newly made kitchen cupboards exceeded expectations finishing the work in four days. Not only were swift and efficient but scrupulously clean and tidy in all they did. We were so pleased with their work they are booked in for more work next year.

  Painting my home, absolutely outstanding!

  I recently contacted KB Decor Maintenance to paint my house, and I am absolutely amazed with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.   Freshen up of two bedrooms and living room

  Just had the team back from KB Decor Maintenance to freshen up two of our bedrooms and our living room. Their professionalism and attention to detail is fantastic. They did a beautiful job and I have already booked them in to freshen up another couple of rooms later on in the year. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

  Paint dining room

  Despite promises a colour book was never provided. Finally a chart was brought, for a decision in 48 sunless hours. After several trips to purchase multiple testers, to meet the deadline I was rushed into choosing a colour I had used before. The colour supplied is wrong. I explained this politely but they flatly refused to look into how it had happened or even acknowledge the problem, instead sending confrontational angry, irrelevant emails. There has been no interest or constructive engagement whatsoever. Appalling attitude for any business owner.

  I am sorry that you are no longer happy with the colour. I’d just like to mention that there were 7 months between when I quoted the work, and the start date. You still hadn’t picked a colour by two days before I was due to start, so I felt it important to ask for your decision. You did agree to my terms and conditions that state there may be a difference in paint colour, when mixing up a chosen colour not from our trade colour book. Upon completion of the job, you said to me that you were happy with all of the work, and so paid my invoice in full that very same day. However, it was about 5 days later that you contacted me to say you were no longer happy with the colour and you expected me to repaint it, free of charge. I truly believe I was not angry or confrontational in my emails, but simply stating I would not be able to repaint the whole job for free. It is possible the context was misinterpreted. I appreciate the opportunity to respond to your feedback and wish you all the best.

  Kieran and Jake turned up on time, produced excellent work to schedule and tidied up after themselves to agreed costing Very likeable pair, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend to anyone.
