Job location: PO19This is the second time Keith has been - first was our oven. This time he managed to squeeze us in for this minor adjustment on the day I called. He spent such useful time with us, fully checking the repair, answering all our questions and straight away sent a summary of work. He is very thorough, professional and friendly, never appearing to be in a hurry despite being much in demand. Thank you again Keith! Also very reasonable by comparison with others locally .10 dishwasher was not worth repairing, Keith offered honest professional advice. definitely recommend

Excellent overall service - No complaints at all - Very professional - Communication and Timeliness was very good and was competent in all technical aspects of the job. Also offered advice on other aspects of the product that I was replacing the hob with, which was very helpful.
