Job location: PO20Keith was very courteous and prompt. He looked over my gas cooker and gave us a suggestion it could be fixed and we paid for the part after a couple of days to reconsider our options. He showed up a few days later to fix oven but it was rusted beyond repair so he cleaned everything and refunded the part price which was very decent. Oven and hob seem to be working and he saved us the cost of a new cooker and, touch wood, it keeps working ! I would recommend and use Keith again if necessary 9.33 Gas hob fix

Job location: GU31Job carried out successfully, Gas hob now working perfectly after the jets were cleaned out. Thankfully no spare parts were added to the £100.00 bill. This is in effect a call out charge, I would have preferred this to be £80 as it was a quick fix.10 Washing machine repair.

Jack arrived on time and is very friendly and polite. He stripped the appliance and checked everything unfortunatly it was not repairable but he explained all the options which was very helpful. Without any request from me he then said because he had not been able to fix it he would charge me a lower rate than quoted tell me where you get service like this exceptional .
