  Check the operation of a fridge/freezer

  Our fridge/freezer wasn't operating properly. Keith carried out temperature checks and on the compressor. It was determined that the unit was not worth repairing and a new replacement was required. Very happy with the service provided, will use his services agai

  Our oven door seal needed replacing and the door hinge was broken.

  I chose KB Appliance Repair Ltd because I saw their excellent reviews on Checkatrade. Their response was incredibly fast. I had a phone call on the same as I logged the job and we arranged a mutual time for a call out. Keith was professional and informative on the phone and told me about the process and the emails and confirmations I’d receive. Today, Keith and Jack came and fixed the problem. I have a reliable working oven door and it was all hassle free. Keith and Jack were friendly, knowledgable and got the job done quickly.

  Excellent diagnostic check but no fault found with dishwasher

  Arranged a call out for KB Appliance rapirs to see to our dishwasher - top tray kept dropping. Did a thorough check but couldn't find anything wrong apart from possibly overloading it. Suggested we buy new side bars if we want to try and eradicate the problem. Paid a lesser call out fee as no repairs carried out.

  Thermo-couple needed changing on grill

  Having booked the job in, Keith kept in contact to let me know he was on his way and after arriving got straight on with the job. He needed to get the necessary part and again booked the job in to return. All in all he is very pleasant, reliable and informative and I would recommend his work. The grill is now working fine.

  Fixing broken cooker

  Very pleasant and polite operative. (With a work experience young lad with him). Explained the problem, and the parts we might need if the problem re-occured. Would happily recommend him to anyone with a similar problem.
