  The Fitter Jack Thomson was able to come earlier than booked and carried out the repair to our fridge efficiently. He took care to explain the problem and was friendly and courteous. I would have no hesitation in making use of his services again and recommending his firm to others

  Keith was brilliant. Communication was timely and effective, Keith was punctual, well mannered and proffesional. He identifed the problem with my cooker quickly, solved the challenge with the appliance and then went above and beyond to check safety as it was s gas appliance. Would definitely recommend for the future

  Great service for our Rangemaster oven

  Keith was brilliant to deal with throughout the issue we had with a Rangemaster we inherited moving into our new house. Our intial phonecall made things super clear and communication in the run up to the appointment was also great. On arrival (on time!), Keith quickly identified and fixed the problem, also offering to come back without an extra callout charge if the problem reoccured. Highly recommended.

  Keith was so helpful and informative. He was able to squeeze a date in for me and I received a message to confirm the date with a call on the morning to advise when he would visits. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He was then honest with his findings.

  Washine machine stopped working came by the same day found out the problem very quickly ordered the part. Came by first thing in the morning after parts were delivered fitted very quickly got it working very happy and very quick service
