I chose KB Appliance Repair Ltd because I saw their excellent reviews on Checkatrade. Their response was incredibly fast. I had a phone call on the same as I logged the job and we arranged a mutual time for a call out. Keith was professional and informative on the phone and told me about the process and the emails and confirmations I’d receive. Today, Keith and Jack came and fixed the problem. I have a reliable working oven door and it was all hassle free. Keith and Jack were friendly, knowledgable and got the job done quickly.

Arranged a call out for KB Appliance rapirs to see to our dishwasher - top tray kept dropping. Did a thorough check but couldn't find anything wrong apart from possibly overloading it. Suggested we buy new side bars if we want to try and eradicate the problem. Paid a lesser call out fee as no repairs carried out.

Having booked the job in, Keith kept in contact to let me know he was on his way and after arriving got straight on with the job. He needed to get the necessary part and again booked the job in to return. All in all he is very pleasant, reliable and informative and I would recommend his work. The grill is now working fine.
