Jack came and repaired our washing machine, as the conditioner drawer wasnt taking the conditioner. He was very polite and courteous. Explained what the problem was, had tested it and everything was now working well Highly recommended

Great service. Keith was very effective and explained the options with our cooker repair. He also found a fault that needed additional components, that we hadn't realised, so saved us another visit with his thorough service. Jack was very polite, efficient and very punctual. communication was superb over the two visits. Jack was also very knowledgeable and informative. would definitely use their services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very efficient with good advice. Unfortunatley probably to expensive to repair the dishwasher. No actual fault with the washing machine, just a very hard to open filter so that's OK now.

I highly rate KB Appliance Repair Ltd. I had a tumble dryer fault and called several other companies who couldn't help as its a semi commercial machine or the quotes were extortionate. Keith on the other hand was utterly BRILLIANT, he instantly had every confidence that his engineer Jack would be able to address the issue and his quotation was the best I had. Jack turned up the next morning, identified the problem, ordered the part and was back in a few days and completed the repair. I now have Keith and his team on my "favourite contractor" list. RECOMMEND HIGHLY 5*service
