Jack was fantastic. He tried to solve the issue on the phone to save me money. However, a call out was needed which was completed quickly with a successful cost effective outcome. Great service, I can’t recommend enough!

Contact was made the next day and an appointment was made. The service was carried out and the engineer explained everything as he went along. He was on time and polite.
