  Our experience with all the Kay’s Build team was excellent from the first day until the last day ,all work was to a high standard and we had very good working relationship between us and the Kay’s Build team through out our Build. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Regards J & K

  House refurbishment

  Kay’s Build was contracted to refurbish one of my properties after tenants had not looked after it during their time there, they where very efficient and professional in the way they conducted the work. I was always kept up to date with the progress and was extremely happy with the attention to detail. Everything was finished within the time frame that was given. I will definitely be using them again on any future property renovations.

  Max and Darren from Kay’s Build were brilliant. They quickly fixed a leak and then organised the repair of the water-damaged ceiling. Everything was handled smoothly, great communication throughout, and the work was finished to a really high standard. Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with — highly recommend

From the initial quote through to completion, the whole process was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. The team were reliable, tidy, and communicated clearly at every stage, keeping us informed and addressing any questions we had along the way. The work was completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe, and the final result has exceeded our expectations.   Great workman and has a great team

  We originally had Max and his team for a kitchen renovation. We were really impressed by his communication, work and knowledge, the kitchen/ diner looks amazing. We then asked Max back for help with our living room. He did everything we asked for and gave his expert advice too. Thank you Max, you will forever be our go to 🙂
