  House refurbishment

  Kay’s Build was contracted to refurbish one of my properties after tenants had not looked after it during their time there, they where very efficient and professional in the way they conducted the work. I was always kept up to date with the progress and was extremely happy with the attention to detail. Everything was finished within the time frame that was given. I will definitely be using them again on any future property renovations.

  Max and Darren from Kay’s Build were brilliant. They quickly fixed a leak and then organised the repair of the water-damaged ceiling.
