Kay’s Build was contracted to refurbish one of my properties after tenants had not looked after it during their time there, they where very efficient and professional in the way they conducted the work. I was always kept up to date with the progress and was extremely happy with the attention to detail. Everything was finished within the time frame that was given. I will definitely be using them again on any future property renovations.

We originally had Max and his team for a kitchen renovation. We were really impressed by his communication, work and knowledge, the kitchen/ diner looks amazing.
