  Graham came to look at the job and was very informative and described exactly what they would be doing with a 20 year guarantee. Once the job was started the work was done efficiently and precisely. All the rubbish was taken away and the house left tidy Any query's were answered quickly and successfully. A friendly team who I would have no reservations of recommending. The damp proofing plastering is excellent.

  I requested a survey from a few companies and KayBen really stood out from the rest. They were very knowledgeable and pin pointed the source of the Damp issue straight away. After agreeing to go ahead with the works communication was great and they arrived on schedule. Although it was a messy job, they kept up to the cleanliness from start to finish. With the quality of the finished work, it gave both rooms a “new house” feel! I highly recommend this company and the guarantee gave me the peace of mind that anyone who hires a contractor, needs. Thank you so much!

  Damp proofing and replastering a lower ground wall

  Great standard of work. The plaster finish is perfect. Fantastic workers who did an excellent job. Polite and friendly. Very tidy and left the site completely clean. Great guys! Highly recommended. We were so grateful to have the job done so promptly and efficiently after the quote by Graham.
