  Damp plaster removal and damp proofing

  The job was performed well by Kayben. A 20 year guarantee was provided upon payment of the final account. I didn't take out an insurance guarantee at extra cost. Since completing the job, I endeavoured to contact Kayben regarding a plastering job at another address. The email address of original contact then bounced and a message left on a mobile phone voicemail has not elicited any response. I'm left to wonder if they have blocked me in case I had some complaint or warranty claim? Have they all just gone on holiday?

  Sorry , but i can assure you we have not been avoiding you. I have been on holiday and my colleagues Emails has been out of service. If you would like to contact us regarding the matter don't hesitate

  KayBen damp proofing arrived on site as agreed and carried out the work to a good standard. The plasterers put down protective coverings and cleaned up after the job.

  After making enquiries for a damp survey I was promptly contacted by Kayben. The survey and remedial work were carried out within days. They did an excellent job and we were very happy with their service.
