I’ve been trying to find reliable and competent tradesmen to carry out damp proofing works at my home and that was finally achieved when a friend recommended Kayben Damp. They clearly explained the cause of the damp issue and walked me through the steps they’d take to fix it. The work was completed on schedule and to a high standard, with minimal disruption. We used kaybenfor woodworm treatmen in out loft timbers They very professional, explained every step and were clean and tidy I would recommend them

The work was done to a good degree however extra had been taken of behind the Skirting boards and they had drilled through to the other side of one of the walls. When they came back to do the Skirting board I've ended up with one too short on the wall exposing that bit of wall and when they came back to sort this out they only did the Skirting board and not the other piece of wall I was asked to take the wallpaper of for making things a little untidy, uneccessary bit of messing about.

Contractor arrived on time and undertook works. Polite and informative although spent much of the time on the phone to family whilst undertaking works but assume that works were of a good standard as unable to review.

Recently used Kayben for damp proofing works. I was overall really happy with the level of service provided. I enquired on the website and someone attended the same day. They identified the issue and fully explained what was needed. They arranged to do the work at a convenient time for me and arrived as planned. The guys were friendly, respectful, and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. The work was completed on time and the area is now dry and damp free. Thanks
