The job was performed well by Kayben. A 20 year guarantee was provided upon payment of the final account. I didn't take out an insurance guarantee at extra cost.
Since completing the job, I endeavoured to contact Kayben regarding a plastering job at another address. The email address of original contact then bounced and a message left on a mobile phone voicemail has not elicited any response. I'm left to wonder if they have blocked me in case I had some complaint or warranty claim? Have they all just gone on holiday?
