  Single storey extension - excellent

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We used Alban and his team for a single-storey extension to our house, creating an additional bedroom and a family bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team were excellent throughout – extremely hard-working, friendly, and professional. The work was completed to budget and, impressively, within the original timeframe, even though we added additional works along the way.   Fantastic builders - highly recommended

  We used KBM for a side return extension, loft conversion and full house renovation, including bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting, exterior works and the garden. Their communication was excellent throughout, the quality of work is outstanding and the attention to detail is exceptional. I always felt safe and comfortable with the team in the house. The project ran smoothly from start to finish, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the result. Would 100% recommend.

  Kitchen renovation and extension

  We are very satisfied with the kitchen extension completed by Kastrati Building Maintenance. The team was friendly, professional, diligent, and consistently on-site as planned. The work was completed to a high standard and disruption minimised, which was important as we lived on-site for the duration. While the project took longer than planned, communication was excellent throughout. We are happy with the final result and would highly recommend their services.

  Kitchen extension, loft conversion and renovation of 4 bedroom detached house

  We are incredibly happy we chose Alban and his team to complete our building project. There was a huge amount of work and it was all performed efficiently and to a very high standard. The team were polite, friendly, punctual and very hard working. They went out of their way to accomodate us living in the property throughout the works. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result. Definitely recommend Alban and will use him again for any future buildiung work.

  Alban and his team carried out an excellent job renovating my kitchen, removing some walls and making open plan. Work was carried out to highest standard and I would definitely recommend Alban and his team. Always helpful, punctual and meeting their deadlines
