Alban and the team were excellent. They worked quickly to a high standard and clearly cared about the results of thier work throughtout the project. The communication throughout the project was good, we knew what to expect and questions were responded to quickly. When small unexpected items came up the level of practical probelm solving was great. They gave us honest advice and were helpful from start to finish. The timeframe and scope they gave us were pretty spot on over a 5 month period. Excellent service provided throughout, for building work outside the house (old outside toilet, attached to house) and an inside room as well. Advised on what was possible, then conducting the building work and refurbishment/making good. Provided estimates at all stages, consulted on what needed to be bought, and carried out the work to a high standard. The work had to be carried out over a period of weeks, reflecting the need to buy some goods in (bespoke new door). Unfailingly polite throughout, came when they said they would. I had a utility room and a small downstairs toilet done by this company. They have turned an old, full of dump storage into a beautiful , clean utility room and a lovely modern toilet.
