We are very satisfied with the kitchen extension completed by Kastrati Building Maintenance. The team was friendly, professional, diligent, and consistently on-site as planned. The work was completed to a high standard and disruption minimised, which was important as we lived on-site for the duration. While the project took longer than planned, communication was excellent throughout. We are happy with the final result and would highly recommend their services.

We are incredibly happy we chose Alban and his team to complete our building project. There was a huge amount of work and it was all performed efficiently and to a very high standard. The team were polite, friendly, punctual and very hard working. They went out of their way to accomodate us living in the property throughout the works. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result. Definitely recommend Alban and will use him again for any future buildiung work.

Alban and the team were excellent. They worked quickly to a high standard and clearly cared about the results of thier work throughtout the project. The communication throughout the project was good, we knew what to expect and questions were responded to quickly. When small unexpected items came up the level of practical probelm solving was great. They gave us honest advice and were helpful from start to finish. The timeframe and scope they gave us were pretty spot on over a 5 month period. Overall would highly recommend Alban and his team.

Excellent service provided throughout, for building work outside the house (old outside toilet, attached to house) and an inside room as well. Advised on what was possible, then conducting the building work and refurbishment/making good. Provided estimates at all stages, consulted on what needed to be bought, and carried out the work to a high standard. The work had to be carried out over a period of weeks, reflecting the need to buy some goods in (bespoke new door). Unfailingly polite throughout, came when they said they would. Would not hesitate to use again, and thoroughly recommend.
