Karl and his team turned up, did the work in the time they quoted. Karl was responsive and easy to deal with. They left the area clean and tidy afterwards and I was really pleased with his work. I contacted Karl to have a look at a problem with tiles on the verge of the house. He was very quick to respond and when he came round to have a look at the issue, he was very professional, explaining the options that we had to fix the issue and provided a reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. He was also able to start quickly and completed the work over two days. Updating me each evening with all work completed, as I was not in during the day.
