  Karl and his team turned up, did the work in the time they quoted. Karl was responsive and easy to deal with. They left the area clean and tidy afterwards and I was really pleased with his work. They worked quick and effectively, and I have no issues in recommending him to anyone else.

  Dry verge installation

  I contacted Karl to have a look at a problem with tiles on the verge of the house. He was very quick to respond and when he came round to have a look at the issue, he was very professional, explaining the options that we had to fix the issue and provided a reasonable quote for the work that needed to be done. He was also able to start quickly and completed the work over two days. Updating me each evening with all work completed, as I was not in during the day. Overall, I am pleased with the work that Karl has done for us and I would definitely recommend him.

  Roof repair

  Karl was quick to respond and provided a clear explanation of the required roof repairs. Scaffolding was needed for one side of the house, and it was assembled promptly and safely. Throughout the process, Karl kept me informed with regular updates and shared photos of the completed work, which was finished to a high standard. The scaffolding was removed swiftly once the job was done. I recommend Karl's reliable and professional service.

  Repair Leaking Chimney and Re-pointing

  Karl did a fantastic job for us repairing a leak between our chimney and roof, replacing the felt, re-pointing the chimney, refitting and sealing the lead and brickwork. All work carried out to a very high standard with site left clean and tidy. Excellent communication and honest advice. Arrived on time and completed the job on time for the price quoted. I would not hesitate in recommending Karl to anyone
