Karl was quick to respond and provided a clear explanation of the required roof repairs. Scaffolding was needed for one side of the house, and it was assembled promptly and safely. Throughout the process, Karl kept me informed with regular updates and shared photos of the completed work, which was finished to a high standard. Karl did a fantastic job for us repairing a leak between our chimney and roof, replacing the felt, re-pointing the chimney, refitting and sealing the lead and brickwork. We had a leak at front of house and called karl for a quote, he looked at the roof and informed us the felt was rotten, he took photos to show us, after a very reasonable quote we gave the go ahead, so glad we did, he arrived on the day we agreed, very punctual and work was completed. He again took photos to show us the work, and took away the rotten felt and battens. We are so happy with his work, and would highly recommend, he even rang a couple of weeks after the work was completed to make sure we were happy and that everything was ok.
