  i think i was scamed

  very nice and polite man came and looked and said he could do the jobif i gave him money to go and buy the taps, told the cost would be £180after he had fitted new taps he said he had to add vat to the bill so the total cost was £216 and i would get my receipt for payment in my email, and i still have not got it i thinki have been scamed, not happy as i thought i was useing a valid site, p e cady

  Hello Peter, Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry you feel this way, as it was never our intention to cause any concern or confusion. The quoted price for the supply and fitting of the taps was £180 + VAT, which totals £216 including VAT. We are a VAT-registered business, and unfortunately VAT must be added to all applicable invoices. I understand the main issue here is that you have not received the invoice I sincerely apologise for this oversight. I will arrange for the invoice and proof of payment to be resent to you as
