very nice and polite man came and looked and said he could do the jobif i gave him money to go and buy the taps, told the cost would be £180after he had fitted new taps he said he had to add vat to the bill so the total cost was £216 and i would get my receipt for payment in my email, and i still have not got it i thinki have been scamed, not happy as i thought i was useing a valid site, p e cady

The quoted price for the supply and fitting of the taps was £180 + VAT, which totals £216 including VAT. We are a VAT-registered business, and unfortunately VAT must be added to all applicable invoices.
