    Our carpet looks brand new after K&V . They manage to get out old stains , I thought was permanent. The boys were very polite and explained the process clearly . Highly recommended .

    I am really sorry and disappointed but the cleaner for whom I drew up a list,something the agency suggested, chose to ignore most of it. She unfortunately proved to be very inexperienced who used glass cleaner on everything be it glass,metal any kind of wood,oiled or French polished.

    Waited until everything was completely dry to leave this review and I am very happy with the finished results. Not only were the staff professional and polite, communication with the office was easy. Very pleased with the service with no damage to sofa (my biggest worry).
