On time, very tidy and helpful throughout, great job overall.

Used them to clean a bedroom and bathroom which hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. We're in a very hard water area so the shower door and taps were very stained and after they were finished the place looked good as new. They removed all the stains from the carpet and did a fantastic job, would definitely recommend!

Clear communication and estimate. Friendly team who arrived promptly. K&V carried out an excellent job for the agreed price and tidied up afterwards. We were really pleased with the gardening work and will be employing K&V again in the near future.

K&V contacted me through WhatsApp and the lady I spoke to provided a good service and answered all questions. The workers finished the job in less than an hour, and I was very pleased with the result. Although I was expecting to pay for 2 hours anyway, the job was finished in less than one hour, so it would have been good to know there is a minimum 2 hour fee regardless how long it takes (which I didn't mind paying, but was not outlined to me on the message). Also, the workers came 2 hours early without letting me know, which was fine as someone was home, but would be good to have notice.

Fabulous experience from beginning to end very clear communication from the outset. Very reasonable quote given and work undertaken to a very high standard gardening team polite and very friendly completed job quickly and efficiently and very tidy - highly recommended will use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
