  Great bathroom refit

  Rob & Pete did a whole bathroom refit for me and I’m super happy with it. Really great standard work, happy to come back and sort extra bits out, flexible, warm & friendly. Would recommend highly!

  Great Work, Highly Recommend

  Pete came round to give us a very reasonable quote for removing a couple of radiators and putting new cast iron ones in a different location. They managed to fit us in quickly and Pete and Keith completed the work within a few hours. We’re really happy with the result; tidy work, thorough clean up and they also fixed a bleed valve on another radiator for us. And very friendly too! Would highly recommend!

  Neat and tidy installation

  Replaced my boiler. The whole experience from start to finish was quick and trouble free. My daughter recommended K&J to me after they replaced her boiler. Pete came round and a day later gave me a quote. Within a few days I was booked in. Pete and Rob arrived at the time they said they would. They laid coverings down to protect my floors. The new boiler was in and working by the end of the day. Their work is neat and tidy. They talked me through the installation and controls. I was impressed by the whole process and would highly recommend them. In fact I already have, to a friend

  Good at solution, not the best at follow-up admin

  Keith came over and helped sort out our boiler which is great. Unfortunately I asked for a receipt on two occasions and I never received it. My messages were seen but not replied to, which was disappointing. Something else has gone wrong with the boiler, so I also asked for the part name of what was replaced, and didn't receive it.

  Thank you for this review but we do think this is an unfair response to our work. Yes we will admit we were delayed in sending a receipt but in regards to the part number, a message was sent to Keith’s phone on the Wednesday asking for a part number and by the Friday this review was posted. Keith was actually on holiday at the time hence delayed response. Very sorry again

  Reliable and Professional Heating Company

  In my Mum’s home a very old gas boiler was removed and replaced with a new boiler. Keith and Pete were amazing. So professional, knowledgeable, courteous and were very considerate and patient with my Mum. They explained everything to us, kept us updated and ensured my Mum was happy with each step. They went above and beyond and I am so relieved we found a local plumbing and heating company we can trust and rely on for future work and boiler servicing. I really cannot recommend them sufficiently. You will be in excellent hands - 10/10 on all aspects of the service they provided.
