Keith came over and helped sort out our boiler which is great.
Unfortunately I asked for a receipt on two occasions and I never received it. My messages were seen but not replied to, which was disappointing.
Something else has gone wrong with the boiler, so I also asked for the part name of what was replaced, and didn't receive it.

Thank you for this review but we do think this is an unfair response to our work.
Yes we will admit we were delayed in sending a receipt but in regards to the part number, a message was sent to Keith’s phone on the Wednesday asking for a part number and by the Friday this review was posted. Keith was actually on holiday at the time hence delayed response.
