  My request was attended and resolved within 24hrs, even came our Good Friday at no extra cost.Dimitar the engineer was very prompt, communicated well, found the issue and sorted it out. Very good rate and very tidy. My wash is now spinning! Thank you so much

  Fridge freezer repair

  Our Beko fridge freezer suddenly started showing a red warning symbol and stopped cooling. I compared a few tradesmen on this website for price and reviews - called the number provided and he said he was busy that day but could come the next day- I asked if there was any possibility of same day, and he kindly fit me in. Called 15 mins before, had diagnosed and fixed the problem within about 40 mins. He even had a new replacement part that we needed in his van. Worked cleanly, really polite. Fantastic experience - would definitely recommend.

  Very happy - communication was good throughout, engineer came when he said he would, price confirmed in advance and was what paid, and the dishwasher is repaired and advice given to prevent a repeat.
