Our Beko fridge freezer suddenly started showing a red warning symbol and stopped cooling. I compared a few tradesmen on this website for price and reviews - called the number provided and he said he was busy that day but could come the next day- I asked if there was any possibility of same day, and he kindly fit me in. Called 15 mins before, had diagnosed and fixed the problem within about 40 mins. He even had a new replacement part that we needed in his van. Worked cleanly, really polite. Fantastic experience - would definitely recommend.
