Very disappointing experience. The quality of cleaning was inconsistent — several areas, including a room and the hallway, were not cleaned, and the kitchen cleaning was below expectations. The service was also unreliable, as the cleaners left earlier than expected and the agreed work was not completed.
Communication after raising the issue was dismissive and unprofessional rather than helpful. Overall, I would not recommend this service due to concerns with quality, reliability, and communication.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were unhappy with the service. The booking was for a 3-hour general clean, and two cleaners attended for 1.5 hours each (totalling the agreed 3 labour hours). On arrival, the property required a deeper clean than originally booked, meaning additional time would have been needed to complete everything to a higher standard. The full booked hours were carried out. We’d be happy to discuss arranging extra time if required.
