  Repair of a leaking pipe.

  I requested plumbing services after noticing a water drip from the pipe under my sink late one evening. Ashley responded very quickly and asked for photos/videos to help diagnose the issue. He then provided a clear quote and confirmed availability for the following afternoon, which was ideal as the leak wasn’t an emergency. On the day, Ashley communicated well about his estimated arrival time. Once here, he confirmed the issue, replaced a faulty valve, and stayed to run the water and ensure the leak was fully fixed. Ashley was professional, friendly, reliable, and charged a reasonable fee.

  End of Tenancy Clean

  Katie and her team did an amazing job with my end of tenancy clean. The property was cleaner than when I first moved in! The house was absolutely spotless, and they even managed to restore the bathroom grouting to a much better condition than I thought possible. The professional oven, carpet and sofa cleaning was worth every penny. Communication throughout was excellent and they arrived exactly at the agreed time. I would definitely recommend their services.

  Electrical Installation Condition Report for a house purchase.

  Toby accommodated an EICR at short notice and provided a wonderful service. Toby liaised directly with the seller to arrange the inspection, he kept me updated, and shared multiple videos recorded throughout the inspection. These were really useful in terms of understanding what remedial work was required. The inspection was comprehensive and the EICR was shared on the same day. Toby also provided a quote for the remedial work. This was my second time using Toby’s services; I was very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.

  TS Electrics provided a very professional and friendly service. Toby provided a formal quote and promptly responded to my queries. Toby liaised directly with the vendors to schedule the inspection. Toby provided multiple videos recorded throughout the inspection, which were extremely helpful in terms of providing evidence of identified electrical deficiencies. The inspection was comprehensive, as was the EICH report, which was shared on the day of the inspection. Toby was thorough, efficient, and provided excellent service.
